In addition to the content in each training, a short period of time will be spent on how to set up your gradebook for the sync between Canvas and Synergy and the Canvas Expectations for the 2022-2023 school year.

These trainings are required and meet the contractual requirements of Day 189.

Student Supply Ordering

Just to recap…similar to last year, this year’s student supplies are being provided by PCMS and is paid from a general fund; not out of your discretionary or student body accounts; which will be shared with you by mid-September or sooner. At the end of last year, Deb asked each of you (except new staff) to enter your “student supply” needs for the first half of year on the 2022/23 Student Supplies List. Some of you entered items on behalf of grade level teams or individually.

Those who still need to enter data on this sheet, please do so as soon as possible. Provide all of the information needed. Deb will shop for the best pricing, but include a vendor item link as the description of the desired item. The goal is to have “most” of the items delivered to school and available to you by the first week of school although there will be exceptions. Below are items considered for “student supplies”. If you have any questions, please contact Deb.

  • 1 Three-ring binder (2.5” or 3”)
  • 1 Package of dividers
  • 1 Package of three-ring notebook paper
  • 2 Graph Composition Notebooks
  • 2 Lined Composition Notebooks
