Reminders for assessment day:
- Set up for 10-12 testers
- Only plan to pretest students who need a familiar tester
From Julie – Next year’s budgets are going to be tight so there will be limited funds available from TLC to release teachers to work with coaches. You may want to consider saving some funds from this year to pay for subs so your instructional coach can meet with teachers to refine instructional practices in the classroom. Reach out for more details on this.
From Julie re: April 19th END Admin Assignments – click here and check the far right column for your support location. For those of you who will be supporting our group of 100 teachers…the location is going to change. I will keep you posted.
Staffing Plans – On the first tab of your staffing plans please remember to fill in class sizes for each of your sections. Here is an example of what things should look like…
Reminder about Classified Evals – As you complete your classified evaluations for the 22-23 school year, please upload them into UKG. The instructions on how to do that are below.

Instructions to upload classified evaluations into UKG:
Menu> Team Icon> HR Tab> HR Actions> Available
- Find classified evaluation upload
- Click start
- Type and find employee’s name
- Type the current date (this will fill “effective from” field)
- Click upload document
- Choose correct evaluation to upload
- Select “evaluation” as the document type
- Click “upload”
- Click “submit”

Respectful language message to families – Kinsey recently sent an email to all principals with a message that needs to go out to all your families re: respectful language. Please be sure to read that email and send the message to your families as soon as you can.
REMINDER: MAY 10TH is NATIONAL SCHOOL NURSE DAY. Please be sure to recognize your nurse for all of their hard work and dedication to our school community!
