Helpful Hints:
Building your teams:
o Benefits to YOU:
– You only have to build the team once per semester. When the semester starts, change only the team members that need to be. Just a few rather than the entire team.
– The team tab will populate documents in Synergy: Eligibility Summary, Placement, and IEP. You only need to delete those that didn’t attend-much easier than adding new names.
– You can list “Teams Tab” on the meeting request, rather than having to type in every name.
o Benefits to RCC:
– Pre-populates to Meeting Notice saving time!!!!
– It’s more consistent from Doc to Doc when reviewing.
– RCC uses the Team Tab to help with email addresses when using Adobe Sign for signatures
o How To: Manage the Team Tab
– Click the link above for all you need to know on adding or removing Team members.
– ESD staff will need to be added while you are focused to Bend-La Pine Schools
– Less is better when doing a search. For example, enter the last name and the first initial.
– Ask us if you need any help managing your team tab
