Important Information

As you are aware, we are moving back to our IPSI schedule starting this Monday.

Below are some details and reminders:

  • All-In is continuing – we are not going to Hybrid
  • Wednesday schedule will be the same as we have been on (this includes Advisory)
  • IPSI has returned for the afternoons (M, Tu, Th, F)
  • All teachers are required to do IPSI #1 
  • IPSI #2 is optional for teachers. If a teacher chooses to do IPSI #1 and #2, they can turn in a timesheet for the additional time. 
  • Teachers will have a classroom capacity for IPSI #1 depending on space following the 3ft rule.
  • Students will be free to choose where they would like to go for IPSI #1 each day. They will not be specifically assigned an IPSI.
  • Students will sign-in to IPSI using a QR code – IPSI QR Code (can be used for IPSI #1 and #2
  • For IPSI #2, we will be providing space and supervision for study hall in the cafeteria, commons, and library. 
  • Same start time (doors open 9AM, class starts 9:15)
  • Lunch is served at 1:36 (M, Tu, Th, F)
  • IPSI is optional, but strongly recommended for students who need extra support
  • Bus pick-up will be 3:45 on M, Tu, Th, F
  • Wednesdays will stay the same

Here is the supervision schedule for this week. If you need to make any changes to your supervision assignment day/time, please see Kathy Russell.

** It’s important that we have supervision areas covered each day now that we have all our students back.

Reserving Conference Room & Library – Now that we are back in full swing there have been more in-person meetings. Please plan ahead and reserve the conference room with Kathy, or our Library with Susie. This will help with planning and preparing. Thanks!

Emotional Contagion: Neurosequential Network Stress & Trauma Series This 17-minute video discusses ’emotional contagion’ and talks about the power of calm.  The concept of power differential is discussed in context of human interactions and discusses the importance of calm, regulated leadership in times of stress and distress.

C19 Attendance Code – If you see that a student has a C19 attendance code and they are in attendance that day, please send them to the front office ASAP! Students with C19 attendance codes should NOT be in the school building.

*** Also, please know that the C19 attendance code does not necessarily mean the student has COVID. This attendance code is used for close contacts, and quarantines as well.

Athletics / Activities

HERE are our sporting events for this week.  **Senior Night for Softball is on Tuesday @ 4:30 pm and Senior Night for baseball is on Friday at 4 pm.

Also, we are starting up with Winter sports practices this week.
