IT and Instructional Technology are evaluating a new product for student iPad web filtering in Bend-La Pine Schools. This new app will appear on students ipads next week. The app will automatically be installed and no action should be needed on anyone’s part.
Students in grades K-4th will be turning in their iPads/bricks/cords for the summer the week of June 13th. 5th graders will keep their iPads over the summer. Here is a one-pager with all the details. We will be sending info to families about this next week.
We’ve received a couple of phone calls from families asking when their child will learn the Barbara Sinatra’s Fight Child Abuse sexual abuse prevention program. To assist with these questions, will you please complete this form with the dates and times you will be teaching this curriculum.

On Monday, Marcia Eldredge will begin substituting in PE. We are planning that Marcia will be substituting in this position for at least the next two weeks.
The school district is working on the Calendar & Handbook that is sent to all families in September. The 2022-23 calendar will include professional portraits of students taken this spring as well as a short bio/quote. The goal is to represent a wide range of students by highlighting a variety of backgrounds, ages, abilities and interests.
