We’re back! After 2 years of pandemic closures Friends of Realms is hosting the Rubbish Renewed Eco Fashion Show for its 11th year, one of the most forward thinking, eco-friendly, fundraising events to witness on May 20th at the Pavilion!
Through an innovative and inspiring event, the Rubbish Renewed Eco Fashion Show educates community, while raising essential funds for our Realms Schools!
Come out on 1st Friday (May 5th) to Outside In for a Rubbish Renewed preview and Community Garment creation. Ask yourself, “What action can I take to lower my impact on the planet?”
Did you know that there are 9 schools represented on the runway this year! And Realms has the most student designers and models! There will be 7 Realms Middle School student designers, 2 Realms High school designers, and 2 Realms faculty designers that have created unique trash fashion pieces modeled by Realms community members, featured on this year’s runway. The community garment collectively made by Realms students, faculty, and volunteers will also be worn by a Realms teacher. Come out and support the Realms Community and enjoy one of the most electrifying events in town!

We had a great weekend at the Tower Theatre this weekend with two great shows at Banff! Friends of Realms wants to say a big thank you to all of you who came out to enjoy the show and of course to all of you who helped us put together the awesome raffle baskets both nights.
