From HR: 24/25 Classified Evaluations
Administrators and Supervisors,
Good morning! This email includes important information regarding classified staff evaluations for the 24-25 school year. As a reminder, our classified staff are evaluated at least once every two years. You may choose to evaluate staff in consecutive years if there are performance issues needing further attention.
We will still be using UKG, but have made every effort to simplify the classified evaluation process this year and have switched to using paper copies only.
Your list of classified employees will be found under the performance and evaluation tab in UKG.
The link below will take you to detailed instructions, troubleshooting, and FAQ’s:
UKG Evaluation Instructions FAQ
If you need assistance, please contact Stuart Eaton – [email protected]
If you notice any corrections that need to be made to your staff list, please contact the classified specialists – [email protected]
All completed classified evaluation packets are due by June 30, 2025. Evaluations must have the employee and the evaluator (non-digital) signatures to be complete. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Thank you,
Your HR Classified Team

Immigration Guidance From Kinsey:
The guidance and resources shared here are intended to help you feel informed and supported in upholding our organizational values, policies, and procedural expectations.
ICE activity on your campus or in the community:
Please print the ICE Protocol (Guidance here) and post for staff where your check-in person sits and greets visitors. It is important you are very clear on what to do in this unlikely scenario. If your team has questions or would like to discuss procedural expectations, please reach out.
Additional resources and recommendations:
Anxiety about this topic can cause significant impact for members of our community. Employees who are struggling can access our amazing employee assistance and wellness resources. Remind your community they have a right to participate in school free from discrimination, and they can report incidents without retaliation related to their immigration status.
Communication:
It is important to avoid assumptions about who does/doesn’t need these resources and information, and to message in a way that avoids further anxiety or panic. Our district commitment to undocumented community members and to Oregon’s Sanctuary State laws, as well as our stance on equity and belonging, reflect our continued commitment to the wellbeing of all students, families, and colleagues, regardless of national origin, immigration status, or native language.
