THE OUTLOOK CAL – All You Need To Know!
As mentioned previously, I am not publishing a SWAG each week this year… all of that info was already in Outlook, so it felt a bit redundant and inefficient with my most limited resource – time.
So, this year we are asking folks to TRACK and USE the Outlook calendar(s). There are THREE calendars to be used as follows:
#onerealms staff: this is for all school events and happenings and things we need everyone to be aware of. We also put any full or half day leave on here. All staff should have access, let me know ASAP if you don’t. We won’t attach “invites” to these events.
RMS Staff Internal: for events and happenings that are specific to RMS ONLY and that you think ALL staff need to know about! All RMS and all shared staff should have access and should track, let me know ASAP if you don’t. We won’t attach “invites” to these events. Any staff can add events and link agendas.
RHS Staff Internal: for events and happenings that are specific to RHS ONLY and that you think ALL staff need to know about! All RHS and all shared staff should have access and should track, let me know ASAP if you don’t. We won’t attach “invites” to these events.
And… the 4th, Your personal calendar: this is great for tracking your own comings and goings or small meetings with one or two colleagues, all the things that it are NOT important that EVERYONE on staff know. This is also great cal to use the “invite” feature with.
“OK, but what about all the links to details that we used to have with the SWAG?” This year, we ask any and all event organizers and agenda builders to please put the link to the event agenda (IF THERE IS ONE) in the event details on Outlook AND TO INDICATE that there is a link to look at by putting two asterisks ** in front of the calendar event name like this **RMS Confluence at Suttle Lake. If you see the **, then you know there is an agenda or some important details (like student a list of participating students etc) linked

TRI 1 DUTY SCHEDULE! Starting Now – Check It!
Here is the draft! It WILL change for trimester 2 and 3 so we can spread the love, and we are still tweaking this! However, it starts now!
I have tried to make use of the limited number of team members who have a little extra prep in their day or some flexibility.
If you would like to “make an official trade” with someone on this schedule, please reach out to them or make a comment on the schedule. I DO suspect there will be some tweaks, and if so I will communicate directly with you!
