From HR – It’s hard to believe it is the end of the school year already! I wanted to send out a quick reminder to everyone to please notify us of any changes that may take place over the summer. This would include any changes that could impact your benefits.
If you have an address change, please make sure you log on to Employee Online to make any necessary changes. I have listed the link below:

If you do not have access to a district computer over the summer, please call our office at 541-355-1100 and we would be happy to take care of the address change.

Updates, Reminders, Info and Rants…
Division of labor – Some of you have recently asked how Tammy and I will be dividing things up next year. To be honest, I don’t really know – I’m just thrilled to have her help! In July she and I will sit down and decide how things will be split up and communicate that out. Be advised that requests or bribes to have Tammy as your direct supervisor will not be considered and are highly frowned upon. 😉
How did I do? – I’ve truly enjoyed my new role this year but I know I was far from perfect. To help me to improve professionally, support you better, and strengthen our elementary program please take time to complete this survey. Your feedback will help me create goals for next year and design systems that can better support the work that you do.
