• Hallway sweeps:  Please make sure to “sweep” the halls during the 5 min passing period before your prep period, adult presence in the halls supports students make appropriate behavioral choices and supports staff recognizing/rewarding/reinforcing the behaviors we want to see at HDMS.

Would you like to know more about how you might get started or what is necessary to make this happen?  If you are wanting to learn more, here is some information regarding a PD opportunity for you and/or teams of teachers from your building to attend. (The initial meeting/informational session will be held on Dec. 11.)

 

Attendance Area Info:

Quick note to let you all know that the three map options for elementary school attendance areas are now available on our webpage: www.bend.k12.or.us/boundaries  Survey will remain open until Monday, December 10 at 4:30 p.m.

• Attendance area open houses are set:
• 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at Sky View
• 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at Pacific Crest

 

Tardy Data:

Three students were tardy three or more times from November 23rd through November 29th.  There were zero repeat offenders and zero egregious tardies.

All students appearing on this report for the first time received a written notice with their specific tardy data; additionally, their family was notified of this warning.
