ALL students with due 504 plans in the months of April/May…
– Student with 3yr or annual due & transitioning to MS/HS
* Please reach out to the MS/HS 504 coordinator to either:
1. renew the plan with their input or
2. wait until the student transitions to renew the plan
– Let your 504 Coordinator Assistant know of the decision if choosing #2.
Please start completing/sending written 504 plans – all to be finalized by May 31st – so not all are arriving the last week of May or the last few weeks of June.
This allows your 504 Coordinator Assistant to review plans and have you finalize the plans over a spread of months AND before you have left for the school year.
We’re hoping this will free all of us up at a very busy time of the year.
