Follow up to a Medical Diagnosis: How Schools Support your Child

I mentioned at our 504 training last month that a small workgroup has been meeting with our medical professionals in the community. The document that we created is now live! The hope is that it will be included in the paperwork they send home with families, attached to patient portals, and used as general guidance when speaking with families following a medical diagnosis.
