504 Tips

A few things to do before you leave for the school year:

• Finish writing your plans

• Finalize all your checked and completed plans – and be available to finalize them all before you leave for the school year

Your EOY process to follow is at this link.

At the beginning of the school year, you were given viewing rights to the Student 504 Report referenced in the EOY Process document.

     A. You’ll be able to ‘find’ that report by going to your Google Docs and typing in: (school) 504 Trimester report.
     B. That report shows who is graduating or transitioning (at this point in time).

You are all truly amazing!!

Dates and Signatures on Meeting Packet

Please continue to include the year when dating your paperwork – Including on the Meeting packet. Thank you!

If you are now meeting in person, please make sure participants sign the Meeting Packet (and the 504 Notice to Conduct an Evaluation if an Initial or 3 year re-eval)
If still meeting virtually – please continue to write on the meeting packet that it was a virtual meeting and signatures were not collected

Home Bound Tutoring –
Hello Counseling staff! If you are interested in making a few extra dollars this spring, (and overall, long term) we are in desperate need for Home Tutors. If you have any interest please reach out to Josh Marks via email or phone for specific details.

We have two students who may need a tutor in a week or two (so a quick turnaround) to replace their current tutor. One is 1 x a week, the other 3 xs a week though we’re hoping parent/student can be flexible.
