504 Tips

Tasks to be completed by the end of the year

• Please verify the transition school listed for students moving up link is here
• Send an email to Magadalyn if a student has left the district or if a student is missing from the list
• If you have a unique 504 please reach out to the new school to discuss accommodations
• All High School Seniors need a renewal in case they want to carry it college
• All reviews must be sent to Magadalyn by the 31st of May
