Raptor Student Safe Early Intervention
What: Educator Network Day
When: January 10, 2024, 2:45-4:00 pm
Where: Caldera High School Auditorium
(Our monthly nurse meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Location TBD.)
School counselors, school psychologists, school nurses, and student success coordinators will gather together for Educator Network Day at the Caldera Auditorium for the roll out of Raptor StudentSafe early intervention software. After an initial introduction to StudentSafe, participants will be working in school site teams for entry of their risk screens.
Action needed: please bring suicide risk screens and a screen for NSSI (if you have one). We will be learning how to enter these documents into our system and how to navigate StudentSafe.

Suicide Risk Screens
Suicide Risk Screener with Safety Plan: Notification goes to principal; written form stays with the person who completed the screener and safety plan – typically counselor/psych/SSC. A copy should be sent by the staff memeber that completed the process to April Jorgenson via BLSend or district mail. The written record should never be placed in the student’s cumulative folder.
