The robot invasion has come to Bend-La Pine Schools! Simple robots are everywhere and certainly have a place in the modern classroom. Take for instance, these lessons available on the Lightning Labs website linked here. Most of these lessons can easily be completed by students in YOUR classroom if you have access to a few SPHERO robots. Guess what? Now you do have access to a few SPHERO robots! Our new Innovation Lab has 8 Spheros to get your class learning with robots. Here is a photo of Jane Williams from our summer Coding and Robotics PD using a Sphero to program a perfect square.
