PLC/END: Results Reports Work Time

Thanks for all of your hard work over the past couple weeks for our PLC and END time together. Here are the links to the Slide Decks/Resources:

PLC Slide Deck

END Slide Deck

As a reminder here is the results reports template and expectations for data to share:

*Note: you used Tier 1 and 2 goals as your SLGGs, however, you only need to report on one. You can absolutely report on both, but wanted you to have some flexibility.

  1. Tier 1 Program Goal and Results/Progress
  2. Tier 2 Program Goal and Results/Progress
  3. Use of Time Data (optional)
  4. Student Conference Data (see below to how to pull this data)
  5. SchooLinks Data (MS and HS only)
  6. Program Celebrations (optional)
  7. Next Steps

As we get closer to May 30th, please send me your slides decks so we can have them all in one spot. I did connect with IT and the three Student Conference Data Reports should be visible to counselors in the Admin Reports in Synergy. These will allow to pull your student conference data for your reports. Thanks again!

Therapy Dogs

From Jennifer:

I continue to get questions about having therapy dogs in our schools. I worked with HDMS regarding the process this year and others I have not been involved. I am not sure all schools are aware of the policy and the requirements. If anyone inquires with you, please refer them to our policy and this form.

Pulling Data Soon!

As a follow-up to previous administrator presentations on counselors that Jess conducted a couple of months ago, Jess plans to provide further updates on school programs categorized by level to both building and district administrators. We wanted to inform you in advance that we will be examining student conference data and SchooLinks onboarding data as part of this update. We may be reaching out for further information (such as # of small groups, classroom lessons) regarding school counseling programming at sites to highlight for everyone! Stay tuned.

HS: Queer Prom

Hopefully you are all aware of this event for our students, but wanted to make sure you had the flyer.
