Using Assistive Touch on the iPad

I’ve seen people using Assistive Touch on their iPad, but I didn’t it would be applicable to me until yesterday when Zach Desjarlais, from Apple, showed my team a cool trick yesterday. He uses it basically as a shortcut to multitask with apps side by side. I don’t know about you, but getting apps to be side by side is not always a smooth process. When he showed us this tip, he demonstrated it by using the camera feature within the notes app. You’ll see what I mean in the video below. By using the camera feature within notes and having it side by side with another app, it sets you up perfectly for creating recordings for your students where your students can see you and they can see what you’re explaining. Pretty slick!
