This week we are celebrating Jessica Malinowski, Adaptive PE Teacher for Special Programs.
We know that only a regulated adult can regulate a child. We also know that it isn’t easy! Jessica shared one of her secrets is to limit her obligations so she stays more present. She thinks about work as being her regulating space.
