Suicide Risk Screen Updates
The pdf version of the C-SSRS that is uploaded into the portal can be opened in adobe pro (available to all staff in self-service) and edited. Questions? Ask your building tech person.
If you missed the END training, please review the updated risk and response protocol on slide 20. Most notably, consult with another trained screener as best practice and follow all steps. Make sure you know who is on your team and who can do risk screens and safety plans in your building. If questions come up, please reach out.
Linked here is the slide deck so you can use as a resource.
