Supporting English Learners
Did you know that you can switch the language for directions in Core5 (Lexia)? If you have emergent bilinguals who would benefit from hearing the directions in Arabic, French, Haitian-Creole, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish or Vietnamese, please check out this screencast for directions. Many thanks to Dyan Sultzer for making the screencast!
You can switch the language in DreamBox as well, but only to Spanish at this time! Remember, DO NOT change the grade level for the student! It does not change their placement within DreamBox.
