Please remember to set up an auto-reply in your email for the time off. Let students know that although you will be taking a break, they should be able to get help from Live Chat support. You should be able to copy and paste this text:

Tomorrow is MAC survey day. This data collection helps fund our Family Access Network. Thank you in advance for taking the time to do your part. You should receive a link in the morning that you can use to complete your survey. If you need any directions, refer to the following materials:

To take your survey:
- Click here for new MAC site
- Select “Survey Sign In”
- Type in “Bend La Pine” for District
- Follow all instructions from the MAC system
If it happens to be a paid sick/vacation day for you, you’ll still need to complete the survey and mark ‘A’ for the workday.
I have not heard from some of you about what’s new with the Standard Response Protocol. If you did not email this to me, please refer back to our newsletter from last week for directions on how to access the 6 minute video, and what I need back from you for tracking.
Wednesday Meetings this week: OSSM’s will meet in Amy’s webex room at 7:45, the Elementary Team will meet at North Star at 9:30, and the secondary team will meet at 10:30. We will not have any afternoon meetings on Wednesday.
